Is sealcoating right for every driveway?
Not always. We first look at the age and condition of the asphalt. Severely failed pavement may need repair or replacement rather than sealcoating alone.
How long before I can use the driveway?
Drying time depends on temperature, humidity, shade, pavement condition, and the product used. We will give you a specific reopening time before we leave.
Will repaired areas match perfectly?
New patch material can differ in color and texture from older pavement. Sealcoating improves the overall appearance, but repairs may still remain visible.
What should I do before the appointment?
Move vehicles off the surface, turn off nearby sprinklers, and plan to keep people and pets away until the pavement is ready to reopen.
